Email us at [email protected]. Email is the only way to reach us, and every message is read by a person. We usually reply within a few working days. Messages that report a broken tool are answered first.
Writing in English is easiest for us, but you are welcome to write in any of the languages this site is available in.
Reporting a problem
If a tool gave you a wrong result or did not work at all, these details help us find the cause quickly:
- the page you were on, or a link to it
- the text you entered, or a short sample of it that shows the problem
- the result you got and the result you expected
- your browser and device, for example Chrome on Android or Safari on an iPhone, if the page did not load or a button did nothing
Please do not send private or confidential text. A made-up sample that shows the same problem works just as well.
Suggesting a tool
Ideas for new converters, counters and generators are welcome. Tell us what you are trying to do, where you would use the result, and which tool you use for it today. The tools that are requested most often are built first. Before you write, it is worth checking the full list of tools, as the one you need may already be there under a different name.
Correcting a translation
The site is available in eight languages. If you read one of them natively and spot a mistake, an unnatural phrase or a wrong example, please send the page address and the wording you would use. Corrections from native speakers are among the most useful messages we get.
Privacy questions
The text you enter in the tools is processed in your browser and never reaches us, so we cannot look it up, recover it or delete it for you. To remove text the site has saved on your device, press Clear in the tool or clear this site's data in your browser settings. For anything else about how data is handled, including advertising cookies, read the privacy policy or write to us at the address above.
Advertising and business enquiries
For questions about advertising, partnerships or using the tools in a product or a course, write to the same address and start the subject line with "Business" so the message reaches the right place. We do not sell links, publish paid reviews or accept guest posts.
Before you write
- Lost text: text you converted is never sent to us, so it cannot be restored from our side. The case converter keeps a copy in your browser until you clear it, so reopening the page on the same device may bring it back.
- A tool looks out of date: try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac) to load the latest version.
